(Jakarta, 11/5) PT PLN (Persero) kembali menggelar Lomba Karya Inovasi tahun 2012 yang diperuntukan bagi pegawai PLN dan Anak Perusahaan PLN. Karya-karya inovasi yang dilombakan merupakan karya terbaik hasil implementasi Knowledge Management di setiap unit PLN dan Anak Perusahaan PLN.

Lomba inovasi ini mempertandingakan 4 katagori, meliputi inovasi di bidang pembangkitan, bidang transmisi & distribusi, bidang technical supporting, dan bidang non technical. Setiap katagori inovasi harus mampu meningkatan kinerja perusahaan dengan mengutamakan prinsip-prinsip kesiapan, keandalan, dan efisiensi.

 

Lomba tahun ini merupakan ajang yang ke 15 yang diselenggarakan oleh PLN. Setiap peserta lomba harus lolos seleksi tingkat regional agar dapat mengikuti lomba inovasi tingkat nasional. Bagi pemenang tingkat nasional berhak mendapat hadiah utama.

Selama 14 kali pelaksanaan lomba inovasi PLN dari tahun 1999 hingga 2011, telah dikumpulkan sebanyak 1.664 karya inovasi pegawai PLN dan Anak Perusahaan PLN.
